The Heritage Inn of Charlottesville is located in beautiful historic Charlottesville on Pantops Mountain. We are positioned close to both Martha Jefferson Hospital and the University of Virginia Medical Center. There are many physician practices located within minutes of our community making continuity of care convenient to all.
Our campus consists of two buildings.
The Heritage Inn's Assisted Living Community is a 28 unit, 44 bed senior care residence that provides the standard of living deserved by your loved ones. What makes us so special? Some say it's our commitment to senior wellness & independence; others say it's the individualized care provided by our compassionate staff.
DayBreak our 16-unit, 24-bed fully secured community was specifically designed with our residents' needs in mind. This unique building features self-contained neighborhoods with living room, dining room and an outside patio. Each member of our professional staff is trained in the delivery of our Memory Care programming, which we developed to meet the needs of our cognitively impaired residents.

Featuring both private and companion accommodations, The Heritage Inn insures that our residents enjoy three delicious meals every day in our beautiful dining rooms. What's more, The Heritage Inn provides individualized care and assistance in a homelike setting, while maintaining each resident's maximum independence.
